Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact us via info@airspeedrc.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS Ground which is our preferred carrier and method.  Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
